Preventive Care for Alzheimer's

    Preventive Care

Researchers have found that healthy and active individuals - physically and mentally, have a low risk to AD. As such, it is important to review one's lifestyle to see where changes can be made to reduce such risk. This is more important as we advance in years, or if there is a history of AD in the family.
